Useful contact, not an opaque form

The form does not use a third-party provider. In this version it stores the request in a protected private queue on the hosting account.

DATA MINIMISATION

No database is required for the contact queue.
No IP address or User-Agent is stored with the saved message.
Queued messages older than 90 days are pruned when the form is used.
Do not send passwords, secret phrases or sensitive secrets through this form.

After sending, what happens to your message?

The message enters a private queue on the hosting server. It is not published and never enters your ArchitekIA vault.

It is stored with the date, language, your name, reply address, subject and message.

The team reads it from the hosting environment or a local reading tool, never from a public page.

The reply is sent to the address you provided. That address is used only to answer you.

Messages stay in the active queue for up to 90 days, then are pruned when the form is used.
