Purpose
ArchitekIA lets you keep, organize, search, encrypt, export and voluntarily share items from the browser. Local operation remains separate from any optional external service.
TERMS OF USE
Use ArchitekIA while keeping control
ArchitekIA is offered as a local-first tool. These terms govern use of the service and website. They are not sales terms because the local core is free and no purchase is required to use it.
Your local vault
You remain responsible for your passphrase, backups and data stored in your browser. Clearing site data or the browser profile may delete the local vault.
Backups and portability
Exporting an encrypted backup is recommended. ArchitekIA cannot recover a lost passphrase and does not present browser storage as permanent archiving.
External services
0bla, ITYLOS, PayPal through the support link and other ecosystem projects remain separate services. Their use is optional and may be subject to their own terms.
Project support
Financial support is voluntary. It is not the purchase of a local-vault licence and does not unlock reserved local features.
Responsible use
Do not use ArchitekIA to store, prepare, transmit or conceal unlawful content or actions. Encryption and sharing features do not remove the user’s legal obligations.
Security and limits
The project applies security-by-design measures, but no software can guarantee absolute security. Backups, the browser, the operating system and external services remain part of the risk surface.
Changes
The project evolves. Features, export formats and optional integrations may change. Material changes will be documented before a stable public release.
Working version to be reviewed before final publication if the project becomes contractual or paid.
