RESPONSIBLE AI

AI that stays under your control

ArchitekIA does not make artificial intelligence mandatory. Any AI feature should remain explicit, reversible and compatible with local-first principles.

Current state

The local vault works without any remote AI service. No AI feature is required to open, encrypt, organize, search or back up your local memory.

01

Optional by default

AI must not become a condition for accessing the product. A useful path should remain available without remote AI.

02

Local when reasonable

For compatible use cases, local processing should be preferred to reduce content transfers and dependencies.

03

Explicit consent

If a future feature requires a remote service, the action must be clearly announced before any content is sent.

04

Human control

AI must never delete, share or publish a memory item without an explicit user action.

05

Traceability

Assisted features should distinguish user content, local computation and any third-party result.

06

Reversibility

Users should be able to disable assistance, export their data and return to an understandable local workflow.

Security before automation

A useful suggestion is not a reason to weaken encryption, CSP, data minimization or the separation between memory, sharing and external services.

What this page does not promise

ArchitekIA is still in early access. This page states a design direction. It does not present unshipped AI features as active capabilities.
